Every new Genesis comes with five years' warranty³, scheduled servicing², roadside assistance4, courtesy cars² and software updates5 all included free of charge. This stays with the car, so all Genesis Certified models come with the remaining cover.
With over-the-Air (OTA) updates, your Genesis wirelessly receives the latest software and navigation updates. It then safely installs them, you don’t need to do anything, it all happens automatically.

Any Genesis vehicle that was sold by a Genesis retailer, is under four years old and has been driven under 75,000 kms is qualified to become a Genesis Certified car.

Genesis Certified is the official pre-owned vehicle programme from Genesis. By buying from the manufacturer you have complete peace of mind that the Genesis you are buying has been inspected to our exacting standards.
As a Genesis Certified owner you have the benefit of the remainder of the original 5 Year Care Plan, including warranty, servicing, roadside assistance, software updates and navigation updates.

Yes you can purchase accessories for your Genesis Certified pre-owned vehicle. Contact your Genesis retail partner and they will be able to advise you on the correct accessories for your model and arrange fitting if needed.
1 Applies only to Genesis Certified vehicles. A Genesis Certified vehicle is a pre-owned Genesis vehicle less than 4 years old from the date of the vehicles first registration and with a mileage of up to 75,000 kms. You will receive the remaining balance of the Genesis 5 Year Care Plan from the date of the vehicles first registration (incl. warranty, roadside assistance, and free software and navigation updates without mileage limitation; maintenance and inspection up to 75,000 kms).

6 The Multi-Point safety and condition check is a defined set of checks that will be completed by Genesis qualified technicians on all used vehicles presented for sale under Genesis Certified. Functions and components will be checked before handover and repaired according to the Genesis standard.
